The Iowa Judicial Branch is looking for an IT Manager over Software Development & Quality Assurance to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise software systems, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with accessibility and legal standards.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of software development life cycle
- Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required
- Ability to present ideas and communicate in both technical and user-friendly language
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification in an industry-recognized Information Technology field
- Five (5) years of experience in computer science, or closely related field.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
