Agropur is looking for an IT Plant Operations Intern to support various Information Technology tasks and projects within their US manufacturing facilities, aiming to provide end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with general systems administration and networking.

Responsibilities
- Provide end user support – both face-to-face and remote.
- Troubleshoot both hardware & software issues.
- Install both hardware & software as directed.
- Provide general systems administration.
- Assist with basic networking as directed.
- Research and perform work on special projects as assigned.
- Acquire current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable laws related to Information Technology in a dairy manufacturing environment.
Other
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s program in Information Technology as a candidate for graduation.
- Strong Communication: Able to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels, both internally and externally.
