QTS is looking to provide first-hand experience to interns in the fast-paced world of the data center industry by assigning initiatives tied to real QTS objectives, helping with the whole life-cycle of a data center build and/or company operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, etc.
Responsibilities
- Create virtual machine flows for easy user onboarding and advancement
- Design APIs for easy configuration goals across VMs
- Develop scopes of work for design, configuration, and commissioning services.
- Leverage (AI/ML/Automation) for system or tool configuration/design
- Assist with data interpretation, correlation, visualizations, and reporting.
- Monitor the status and availability of in-production technologies.
- Respond to break-fix issues and coordinate long-term corrective actions.
Other
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Previous internship or co-op experience in construction, finance, technology, HR, facilities engineering, or related industries.
