Universal Logistics is looking to improve its software product delivery and project management capabilities to enhance its customized transportation and logistics solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software product delivery, project management, or technical business analysis
- Proven track record delivering successful software or digital products end-to-end
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Monday.com, or similar
- Background in both technical environments and business strategy (preferred)
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development stacks (preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps culture (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of software projects and product features
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through Agile (Kanban) delivery
- Manage project scope and resourcing
- Align stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable development tasks
- Facilitate Agile Kanban processes including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous delivery planning
- Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
