Sims Lifecycle Services (SLS) is looking to optimize the user experience across global platforms by translating end-user needs into well-defined product features and ensuring their seamless integration into development workflows. The Product Manager will bridge the gap between clients, internal stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact digital products.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT business analysis and Agile product development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Prioritize product backlog and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with working with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient with project management tools and software.
  • Familiar with design tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and analyzing user feedback, iterating on design solutions, and working closely with Business Analysts and developers to deliver intuitive, high-quality user interfaces.
  • Leads product launch readiness activities, ensuring timely and successful releases aligned with business goals.
  • Drives the execution of a strategic product roadmap focused on maximizing ROI and delivering measurable business value.
  • Collaborate to define a clear, strategic roadmap grounded in data-driven ROI, business value, and customer and stakeholder feedback.
  • Gain understanding of client needs related to specific software features and translate those into detailed specifications
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, stakeholders, and IT business analysts to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
  • Coordinate and manage all activities related to product launch readiness, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, communication, and risk management

Other

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar role that required client and stakeholder communication and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse set of clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience driving software features for global usage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and sustain improvements.
