Requirements

- EDI and compliance frameworks
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), PSPO (Scrum.org), Certified Product Manager (CPM), or Certified Scrum Product Manager (CSPO)
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
- API integrations
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the technology product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs
- Conduct competitive analysis and assess emerging technologies to inform future enhancements and maintain relevance
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver high-value features using Agile principles
- Gather, validate, and refine business requirements through stakeholder engagement, market research, and data analysis
- Own the delivery of product releases by setting clear goals and ensuring timely, compliant deployment
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding
- Monitor product performance against KPIs, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes and recommend and lead adjustments as needed

- U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
- 7 or more years of experience in IT product management or related roles
- 3 or more years in a leadership/management capacity
- High speed cable or fiber internet with minimum of 10 Mbps downstream and at least 1 Mbps upstream internet connection
