Santander is seeking an IT Project Management Intern to gain an understanding of how large-scale technology initiatives are planned, coordinated, and delivered within a financial services organization, including exposure to agile delivery frameworks, IT governance practices, and cross-functional collaboration in application development environments.

- Exposure to tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and project financial reporting systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare agendas and track action items for PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Capture meeting notes and follow-ups across ceremonies, ensuring timely updates are shared with impacted teams.
- Support backlog readiness and dependency tracking in advance of PI Planning sessions.
- Assist in compiling key ART health metrics, such as feature burndown, team velocity, and predictability.
- Support RTE in creating and maintaining dashboards (JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or Power BI).
- Help track objectives vs. actuals post-PI to support performance insights and retrospectives.
- Coordinate logistics for PI Planning, including invites, agendas, digital boards, and documentation templates.
