Citi's Strategic Ledger Transformation program requires coordination and management of technology releases across various environments to ensure optimal availability and successful deployment of changes.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expertise in Environment Management
  • Expertise in managing large-scale technology releases and complex environment landscape. Demonstrated ability to build intricate WBS and deployment plans.
  • Experience with managing releases for Cloud transformation programs on platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft or Amazon.
  • Expertise in Software Lifecycle Management, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated background in technology development and/or testing.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, TOSCA, Confluence, Zephyr and MS Project.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Leading activities to plan and deploy changes for the Oracle Cloud SaaS application and various internal applications into the various environments used by the program.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to manage migration of change through lower lanes and production deployment.
  • Planning environment management activities such as patching, environment refresh & maintenance.
  • Creating and maintaining the Environment Strategy diagram.
  • Working with stakeholders to plan optimal usage of the various environments and to minimize downtime.
  • Creating a communication plan to inform and update stakeholders on release and environment management activities and scheduled downtimes.
  • Adhering to enterprise standards and policies on release and change management.

Other

  • Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in working with senior leaders.
  • Expertise in managing multiple priorities and conflict management.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
