Citi's Strategic Ledger Transformation program requires a role to coordinate management of change across various environments and ensure optimal availability of lanes for the Oracle Cloud SaaS application and internal applications.
Requirements
- 10-15 years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expertise in Release Management
- Expertise in managing large-scale technology releases and complex environment landscape. Demonstrated ability to build intricate WBS and deployment plans.
- Experience with managing releases for Cloud transformation programs on platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft or Amazon.
- Expertise in Software Lifecycle Management, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated background in technology development and/or testing.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, TOSCA, Confluence, Zephyr and MS Project.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Leading release management activities to plan and deploy changes for the Oracle Cloud SaaS application and various internal applications into the various environments used by the program.
- Working with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to manage migration of change through various environments – lower lanes and production deployment.
- Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to create deployment project plans and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for release activities such as Dress Rehearsal, Cutover etc.
- Creating a communication plan to inform and update stakeholders on release and environment management activities and scheduled downtimes.
- Adhering to enterprise standards and policies on release and change management.
- Understanding and implementing releases during the agreed-upon ‘green-zones’ or maintenance windows.
- Maintain artifacts required for various tollgates required by program governance.

- Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in working with senior leaders.
- Expertise in managing multiple priorities and conflict management.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree.
- PMP certification is a plus.
