Arhaus is looking to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of technology solutions across the organization by providing hands-on experience with QA processes, tools, and methodologies to an intern.
Requirements
- Familiarity with testing concepts or tools (manual or automated) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and executing test cases for applications, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Participate in defect tracking and validation through tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Support test data setup and environment validation activities.
- Help document and communicate test results, issues, and observations to QA leads and developers.
- Learn and apply QA methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on process improvements and test automation opportunities.
- Contribute to QA documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
