Gallagher's global brokerage team is looking to create dynamic digital experiences that drive efficiency and business results across Gallagher digital properties, including Salesforce and other Marketing systems, by addressing risk head-on and safeguarding businesses.
Requirements
- Professional Scrum master certification (CSM or PSM)
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or related experience
- Nice to have: Advanced Agile Scrum Master Certified (A-CSM) or higher
- Nice to have: Experience in Azure DevOps, JIRA, Trello or similar agile management software
- Nice to have: Salesforce Admin certification
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and provide guidance and coaching for all agile events, including story estimation, backlog story management, retrospectives, etc.
- Ensure understanding by all teams involved in scoping and sizing product backlog items
- Create and maintain an environment where all feedback is accepted and expected
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project issues and risks
- Serve as the agile expert to assist and coach team members with varying levels of knowledge of agile and sprint work
- Provide ongoing agile training for team, product owners, developers and testers
- Help manage interpersonal conflicts, challenges, and growth opportunities
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical or Business subjects
- 4+ years of experience in Agile, Scrum, or related experience
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Agile, Scrum, or related experience
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to engage all levels of the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication
