Eversource is looking to solve business and technical problems by designing and implementing new systems and features, modifying and maintaining existing systems, and driving software change and release management processes.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes
- Drive the software change and release management processes, assisting with the overall maturity of the software development lifecycle
- Owns functional area; major portion of application development architecture, such as entire Front-End or Back-End
- Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of work area
- Spearhead process improvements within Identity and Access Management (IAM), streamline service and generic account request workflows to enhance user experience and adoption
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Product Owner for the IAM Product Center, including CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, SailPoint IIQ and Cyberark EPM
- Lead architecture development, process documentation, and strategic direction for enterprise privileged access

- Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required
- Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary
- Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition to employment in this position
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 or more years of related experience
