Bloom Energy is seeking to solve the business and technical problem of designing, building, testing, and maintaining software systems that support an organization’s internal operations or external products, enabling digital capabilities, improving efficiency, and driving innovation.
Requirements
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C-Sharp)
- Understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems.
- Experience with web development frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms
- Interest or experience in AI/ML technologies and their application in software development
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of internal software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C-Sharp.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices.
- Support the integration of APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Help troubleshoot and debug software issues.
- Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven features or automation tools where applicable.
Other
- Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
