Northrop Grumman is looking to solve the business and technical problem of evolving how they deliver critical national defense products and capabilities for the warfighter through an Enterprise-wide digital transformation, leveraging Model-based Engineering, DevOps, and Agile practices.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows, Linux and Storage
- Experience with Agile DevOps methodology & automation tools (Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.)
- Experience with System Administration, Cyber Security or Network Engineering
- Experience with Agile, SAFe Experience
- DevOps Experience
- Experience in supporting or leading System Admins., Network Engineers and/or Software Developers with hands-on experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for developing the automation of our applications, systems, and processes
- Manage a team of System Administrators, Network Engineers, Cyber Security, Software Engineers and DevOps Engineers to support Agile Software Development
- Design automation implementation strategy for manual software and IT processes for both unclassified and classified development environments
- Automate infrastructure utilizing the Atlassian tool suite and other Northrop Grumman recommended tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, and many more
- Automate backup and restoration processes and test the recovery of those backups on a regular basis
- Build pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment of both large- and small-scale systems
- Automate monitoring tools to monitor system health and reliability to support high uptime requirements

- Must have experience leading a team and projects
- Must have US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance/SCI
- Experience leading, developing, and managing a direct staff of employees
