ARUP Laboratories is looking to solve the problem of ensuring the quality and reliability of their software products through effective testing and test automation.
Requirements
- Strong programming knowledge and/or experience with test automation tools and libraries
- Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Demonstrated understanding of testing methodologies
- Advanced skills in two or more of the following languages/technologies/techniques: C-Sharp, Java, Python, JavaScript, JQuery, React, GraphQL, Selenium, Postman
Responsibilities
- Tests ARUP developed and off the shelf applications using appropriate test methodologies
- Builds, reviews, and maintains automation test frameworks
- Adheres to ARUP’s enterprise software development policies and departmental software development processes.
- Maintains knowledge in applicable tools and techniques
- Determines testing priories and identify quality risks
- Provides support, resolves questions and issues
- Develops and maintains appropriate test documentation for regulatory compliance
Other
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a software related field and three (3) years of applicable work experience OR High School diploma (or equivalent) and five (5) years of applicable work experience
- Associates Degree or better in Computer Programming or related field (Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree or better in Computer Programming or related field (Preferred)
- Stooping: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.
- Communicate: Frequently and effectively communicate with others.
