Requirements
- Proficiency in IBM i (AS/400) and case management systems
- Strong development experience
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture
- Knowledge of AI models and chatbots
- Familiarity with IT service management
- Experience with software development
- Strong technical skills
Responsibilities
- Report to IT Manager, Technical Ops Support Service
- Support the IT department with various technical tasks
- Measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems
- Train AI models
- Evaluate and solve problems with AI chatbots
- Support the development of IBM i (AS/400) and case management systems
- Lead the definition and evolution of Comerica's enterprise ServiceNow architecture
Other
- Recent graduates with 2-3 years of development experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Detroit, MI
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
