ALCIVIA is looking for an IT Support Intern to provide education through real-life experiences to understand what an IT position in the Service Desk Team entails.

Responsibilities
Assist with the support of cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Intune, Office 365, SSO solutions, and others
Assist the Service Desk with incoming phone calls and ticket assignments
Areas of focus include end-user computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, phones, and all associated software and applications
Assist with the monitoring of routers, switches, wireless bridges through network monitoring software to ensure network availability during business hours
Install and uninstall applications
Maintain information and system security
Office and equipment moves within the office
Other
Working toward Bachelors or Associates Degree in IT related field
Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work
Able to interact and communicate professionally with non-technical employees
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong enthusiasm for building internal and external relationships
