Atlantic Health System is looking for an intern to provide end-user support for computer workstations and associated peripherals, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and manage inventory to ensure smooth IT operations.

Requirements

• Excellent computer/software troubleshooting and diagnosing skills
• Enrolled in coursework related to Information Technology, Information Management, or related disciplines

Responsibilities

• End user support of computer workstations and associated peripherals; this may include diagnosis and troubleshooting of all organizational software, hardware and mobile devices
• Inventory management via approved software and technology
• Respond to requests for technical assistance, providing first level technical support and timely resolution or escalation
• Respond to all email, phone calls and service assignments in a timely manner
• Maintain records in ticket management system

• Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2026 - August 2026
• Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship

• Ability to display excellent customer service delivery with strong soft skills & provide great customer experiences
