Conduent is looking for an IT Testing Engineer III to support the testing lifecycle of their Government Healthcare Solutions Pharmacy line, ensuring the quality and functionality of their PBM system.
Requirements
Ability to design, develop, test and debug tests cases/Scripts/plans/strategy documents
Knowledge of Health Insurance Industry - Claims processing, PBM, ICD 10, NCPDP, CMS, Medicare, or Medicaid.
Knowledge of First Data Bank (FDB) Drug nomenclature and how to use FDB nomenclature in designing / configuring drug coverage (inclusions/exclusions/PA Criteria) or building Formulary / Preferred Drug Lists.
Solid experience in writing SQL statements for data validations
Knowledge of MS Azure DevOps or other defect management system
Document and interpret business and technical requirements for testing utilizing various development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall, etc.)
Extensive experience in Test Management tools building Test Plans and Test Cases using MS Excel and Azure DevOps (VSTS)
Responsibilities
Create test models for release testing including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data
Create test plans, test estimates, test schedules and test strategies
Assist with configuring drug plan benefits (e.g. Covered drugs, Pricing configuration, PA requirements) using Conduent PBM system
Define Release Test Plans and criteria for user acceptance including entry/exit criteria
Develop, update and maintain quality testing standards and procedures
Assist in the planning, creation and control of the test environment(s)
Identify defects and questionable functionality; manage defects through to closure

Provide Pharmacy Rebate SME knowledge
Communicate effectively with customers and software vendors as appropriate
Work independently as well as work collaboratively in a team environment
Effective communication skills to articulate testing result data to multiple audiences.
Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and team members
