Requirements
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Proficient programming skills in at least one language such as Java or Python
- In-depth knowledge of agentic applications using LLMs
- Experience in deploying applications on AWS
- Proven track record in building and designing scalable, resilient applications with strong observability
- Exposure to Agentic frameworks such as (Langchain, Langgraph, RASA, Parlant, Decagon, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of agentic applications using LLMs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable and resilient applications
- Ensure strong observability and monitoring of applications to maintain high performance and reliability
- Deploy applications on AWS, ensuring optimal configuration and security
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards
