Infosys is seeking a JAVA Backend Developer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. The role involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high quality code, and leading validation for testing and support activities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Java/J2EE Developer
- Knowledge with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
- At least 4+ years of proficient hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in dealing with Webservices, Microservices, RESTful API, Kafka.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL (preferably Oracle) or No SQL (preferably Mongo DB)
- At least 2+ years of experience in GIT, Continuous Integration, Unix/Linux usage
Responsibilities
- Apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.
- Play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts.
- Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module.
- Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.
- Hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience in dealing with Webservices, Microservices, RESTful API, Kafka.
- Hands-on experience in SQL (preferably Oracle) or No SQL (preferably Mongo DB)
Other
- Candidate must be located within Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to these locations.
- This position may require travel in the US.
- Should have good analytical and communication skills.
