Brillio is looking for a Java Backend Developer to help clients define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in backend engineering, ideally with exposure to full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in server-side languages/frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
- Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Frontend development experience with React.js (including hooks, state management, and component architecture).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations that power our applications.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to build and deliver end-to-end features using React on the client side.
- Write clean, secure, and scalable code following best practices.
- Implement data models, optimize queries, and work with relational and non-relational databases.
- Contribute to system architecture and participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to ensure reliability.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
