The company is looking for a hands-on Java Lead Developer to contribute to backend project development, manage teams, and ensure the successful implementation of Java-based solutions.
Requirements
- hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka.
- hands-on experience in their current projects
- Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.

Other
- Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.
- Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
- Team Lead experience – experience in managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
- 100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working (not negotiable)
