The company is looking for a Java Backend Lead Developer to lead and develop backend projects, specifically using Java, Microservices, Spring boot, and Kafka, with a strong focus on hands-on coding and team lead experience.
Requirements
- 6 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java
- Hands-on experience in Microservices
- Hands-on experience in Spring boot
- Hands-on experience in Kafka
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with cloud development
- Experience with Spring batch
Responsibilities
- Hands-on coding in current projects
- Leading backend project development using Java, Spring boot, and messaging tools
- Managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location
- Developing APIs using Java and Spring boot
- Working with Agile Methodologies
- Using Kafka and Spring batch
- Developing cloud-based applications
Other
- 10+ Years of IT Experience
- Team Lead experience with at least 2 years of experience managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models
- 100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- Strong backend project development experience
