The company is looking to solve technical problems related to Java and Spring Boot programming, RESTful web services, and Microservice creation, with a need for a skilled professional to lead offshore teams and contribute to Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- 10+ Years of Java and Spring Boot programming experience
- 10+ yrs Strong experience on RESTful webservice and Microservice creation – designing, creating from scratch
- 10+ yrs DB SQL server experience on writing complex queries
- Good experience on creating the design and architecture for new functionality
- Strong experience on highly complex Java programming using SprintBoot and MicroServices
- Experience in using Swagger API
- Good Experience in various debugging tools
Responsibilities
- Participating in Agile ceremonies
- WORKING with PO/BA for requirement discussion
- Creating the design and providing the solution to the new functionality
- Able to do the code review of offshore resources
- Able to create the Technical User stories
- Experience in Query optimization
- Code review the developer work
Other
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lead the offshore teams
- Must have experience with Agile methodologies / development
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum environment
- Good communication is required
