Floor & Decor is looking to hire a Sales Associate to provide expert guidance on product selection, assist customers with their project needs, and ensure a welcoming and informative environment within the store, ultimately aiming to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed product knowledge and technical information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by managing product displays and signage.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Assist in promotional activities and store events to enhance customer engagement and sales.
Other
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail, sales, or design is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of flooring products, home improvement, or interior design is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
