US Main is looking for a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications that meet the evolving needs of the business, involving cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and modern development practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional development experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
- Proficiency with Spring, Spring MVC, and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or MyBatis.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services like S3, EC2, and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or DB2, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB, DocumentDB, or MongoDB for handling unstructured data.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, AJAX, and web service integration (RESTful APIs).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Maven for automated build and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java source code according to project specifications.
- Create and execute comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Support functional and system integration testing, troubleshooting issues, and deploying solutions.
- Provide ongoing support for production environments, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Participate in technical architecture discussions, contributing to decisions that influence system scalability and performance.
- Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
