Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of API security, error handling, and data validation.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Java.
- Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs ensuring performance and security.
- Plan and execute database migrations, schema design, and performance optimization.
- Test AI-powered coding tools, providing structured feedback through reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the AI research team to analyze behavior, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements.
- Participate in focused evaluation sessions, sharing insights on model performance and usability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AI-assisted coding workflows and automation tools.
