The MASY Group is seeking a Java Developer to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in building secure, modern software that advances national defense, readiness, and situational awareness.
Requirements
- Java (Spring Boot, JPA, RESTful services) or other object-oriented languages (e.g., Python)

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based web and backend applications supporting DTRA operational systems.
- Write efficient, reliable, and maintainable code following object-oriented design and secure coding standards.
- Implement containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
- Participate in Agile sprints, perform code reviews, and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Integrate data sources, APIs, and analytics tools to enhance mission capabilities.
- Support DevSecOps initiatives and collaborate with cybersecurity engineers to ensure compliance with DoD RMF controls.
