Our client is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join their team to design and develop applications using Java for an event-driven system

Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using Java for an event-driven system
- Leverage technologies such as AWS IoT, Spring State Machine, Spring Boot, REST, JSON, Kubernetes, Docker, NoSQL databases, and Git/GitHub/GitLab
- Fully utilize AWS services, including CloudFormation Templates, EC2, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, and additional cloud services
- Ensure application components and overall system are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain
- Participate in design sessions, scrum meetings, and other Agile ceremonies
- Adapt to different project needs by taking on additional roles as required
- Learn and apply new technologies as needed to successfully deliver project outcomes
Other
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the local market
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of fiber and wireless-based telecommunications
