Requirements
- Strong Java developer with hands-on Spring Boot and REST API experience
- Proficient in Java unit testing, with tests integrated and automatically executed in the CI/CD pipeline
- Experienced with DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Bamboo) and containerization; comfortable with Tomcat deployments
- Skilled with SQL, including complex queries and performance tuning
- Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills supporting production platforms; ownership mindset and initiative
- Familiar with imaging/ECM/IDP platforms; Ancora experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrates continuous learning, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to balance technical, analytical, and product trade-offs
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain services and integrations
- Develop Spring Boot REST APIs and services integrating Ancora with upstream/downstream systems
- Write performant SQL (complex queries, views, tuning) for reporting and operational needs
- Monitor jobs/queues/services; implement alerting/dashboards; triage incidents and drive root-cause fixes
- Plan and execute releases/changes aligned to SLAs; participate in an on-call rotation
- Translate business processes into imaging workflows and configuration; define user stories and acceptance criteria
- Use CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Bitbucket/Bamboo) for versioning, builds, and deployments
