Neos is seeking a Java Full Stack Web Developer to perform web development work as a member of Information Technology (IT) Scheduled Releases team for their client in Austin, TX.
Requirements
- 4–7 years’ experience in EAP 8, Java OpenJDK 1.8 or above, Spring Batch 2.1.8, iText-2.1.5, Squirrel SQL Client.
- 4–7 years’ experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x/7.x (RHEL), Red Hat Code Ready Studio 12.21.3.GA.
- 4–7 years proficient at migrating web content to RHEL 8 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (RHEL 8).
- 4–7 years proficient in web development.
- 4–7 years content migration; skilled in migrating web content from legacy servers to current web servers.
- 4–7 years environment management; experience managing and migrating environments to RHEL 8.
- 4–7 years PHP development; expertise in server-side development using PHP.
Responsibilities
- Develop Java full stack with emphasis on front end implementation.
- Responsible for activities during all phases of the System Development Life Cycle including analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving software, data, hardware and reporting problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients.
- Develops and tests Web Applications that meet design specifications, including accessibility and usability requirements.
- Documents current processes, reviews written specification additions/modifications and creates test cases for submitted defects involving new and modified program policies.
- Analyze, design, and develop logical, structured programs and systems appropriate to customer needs which are well-documented programs and that may be maintained by others.
- Ensure adherence to program documentation and procedural standards, and management goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.
