Requirements
- Strong experience in software engineering across languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, Go, and C-Sharp
- Strong experience working on complex production systems or large-scale open-source projects
Responsibilities
- Work on real-world programming tasks including debugging, refactoring, and writing test cases for complex codebases
- Review and improve large-scale repositories across multiple languages
- Contribute high-quality engineering input to support AI research and model training
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to ensure accuracy, performance, and maintainability
