CACI is seeking a developer to support configuration and customization of Atlassian JIRA for PA40 analysis tasking, aiming to build workflows, dashboards, and automations that enhance project transparency and task tracking under government direction.
Requirements
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA administration or comparable task management systems.
- Knowledge of JIRA query language (JQL).
- Familiarity with workflow design, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, fields, and dashboards.
- Develop JIRA queries, filters, and automation rules to streamline reporting.
- Support integration between JIRA and Confluence to align analysis tasking.
- Assist with documenting workflow configurations and usage guides.
- Provide draft reporting views and metrics for government-led reviews.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure workflow alignment with PA40 planning.
