JMP (a subsidiary of SAS) is looking to improve its JMP products with advanced solutions in the Life Sciences division, specifically spearheading new developments for cutting-edge machine learning implementations using XGBoost and Torch. The internship aims to contribute to building new machine learning interfaces for life science research.

Responsibilities
- Programming in C++ to build new machine learning interfaces for life science research.
- Testing, benchmarking, documenting, and promoting this work (written and/or video).
Other
- Pursuing a Master’s or preferably a PhD in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Chemistry, Clinical Statistics, Statistical Genomics, Engineering, or other life-science-analytic focused major at an accredited college/university (not graduating prior to Dec 2026).
