JMP (a subsidiary of SAS) is looking to improve its JMP products with advanced solutions in machine learning for life science research, specifically by developing new machine learning interfaces using C++ and cutting-edge ML implementations.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master’s or preferably a PhD in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Chemistry, Clinical Statistics, Statistical Genomics, Engineering, or other life-science-analytic focused major at an accredited college/university
- Strong communication and coding skills – both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Programming in C++ to build new machine learning interfaces for life science research.
- Testing, benchmarking, documenting, and promoting this work (written and/or video).
