Responsibilities
- Evaluate the client’s employment needs and make appropriate recommendations to the vocational specialist.
- Work with clients on ways to approach potential employers to enhance marketability.
- Assist case management in working individually and in group sessions with clients to deliver vocational assessments and identify realistic vocational paths.
- Develop resumes.
- Develop job-hunting and interviewing skills.
- Provide supports to help clients maintain employment over time.
