The USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool requires software development and sustainment support to ensure availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise-level applications
Requirements
- Angular (front-end development)
- .NET and C-Sharp (back-end development)
- SQL Server (database development and optimization)
- Windows Services (design and maintenance)
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application features in support of the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool
- Implement responsive front-end interfaces using Angular
- Develop back-end services and APIs using .NET and C-Sharp
- Design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures
- Develop and maintain Windows Services for workflow automation and system integration
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing
- Ensure applications adhere to DoD cybersecurity and secure coding standards
Other
- Requires BS and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory)
- 3–7 years of experience as an application developer (Journeyman level)
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to meet mission needs
