Barbaricum is seeking a Journeyman Full Stack Application Developer to support the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool. This role will design, develop, test, and sustain enterprise-level applications that drive high availability, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise with: Angular (front-end development)
- .NET and C-Sharp (back-end development)
- SQL Server (database design and optimization)
- Windows Services (design and sustainment)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application features supporting the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool
- Implement responsive front-end interfaces using Angular
- Develop back-end services and APIs with .NET and C-Sharp
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures
- Develop and sustain Windows Services for workflow automation and integration
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing
- Ensure all applications adhere to DoD cybersecurity and secure coding standards
Other
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
- DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
- 3–7 years of experience as an application developer
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Experience supporting USSOCOM or DoD financial systems
