Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of core software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong experience with Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Pydantic, Poetry, SQLAlchemy, Scipy, pandas, etc
- Solid understanding of core Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
- Exposure to LLM concepts, including embeddings, tokenization, and vector databases, with hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with LLM agents and frameworks, such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
Responsibilities
- Build and implement product workflows: Design and implement end-to-end AI-powered product workflows, integrating various models and services to create seamless and intelligent user experiences.
- Use and Contribute to the AI/ML pipeline: Assist in the development and maintenance of robust data pipelines and model serving infrastructure, with a focus on data for fine-tuning or grounding LLMs and RAG systems.
- Debug and optimize: Help identify and resolve issues in our ML systems and services, focusing on performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in code reviews: Provide and receive constructive feedback in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Learn and grow: Actively seek mentorship and guidance from senior team members and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in software engineering, cloud, and AI/ML.
- Build, test, and deploy effective agents: Mastery of the latest AI tools and frameworks to build, test, and deploy effective agents.
- Improve data quality, integrity, and accessibility: Relentless focus on improving data quality, integrity, and accessibility to unlock the full potential of AI.
