BigBear.ai is seeking to support the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs
Requirements
- Foundational experience with Python
- Basic understanding of Flask for API development
- Exposure to AWS services (cloud concepts, basic deployments, or hands-on coursework/projects)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases
- Exposure to CI/CD tools or pipelines
- Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) or serverless concepts
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Python and Flask
- Support the creation and maintenance of RESTful APIs
- Work with AWS services to deploy, test, and monitor applications
- Help troubleshoot issues and participate in debugging sessions
- Collaborate with senior developers to learn best practices in coding, testing, and documentation

- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience
