Responsibilities
- Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives.
- Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Specializes in the evaluation of business problems and potential for automated solutions.
- Assists in identifying, evaluating and specification development for systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet requirements.
- Executes unit, integration and acceptance testing for systems that meet business needs.
- Analyzes business reporting, systems data, and relevant performance data to provide business and IT leaders insights to support decision making
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements, systems integration, and technology solutions that address business partner's needs
