The School is looking to maintain and support the Blackbaud Student Information System and related databases, working with various departments across the organization to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Requirements
- Experience in Database Management or related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI
- Knowledge of Data Analytics techniques (linear regression, etc.)
- Exposure to predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical methods
- Blackbaud
- Crystal Reports
Responsibilities
- Set up new users and administer permissions in Blackbaud
- Perform software updates and handle troubleshooting with Blackbaud, Crystal Reports, and other related applications
- Design reports and train users to maximize their use of Blackbaud
- Coordinate the implementation of Blackbaud customization requests
- Use data analytics techniques to identify trends and insights
- Discover and recommend ways to streamline data and communications schoolwide
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for automation or process improvement using scripting or analytical tools
Other
- Bachelor’s degree required
