Responsibilities
- help design, develop, enhance, maintain, and support client/server computer applications developed in-house for the department
- provide expertise, leadership, guidance, programming skills, training, and support to other team members in developing automated solutions
- analyzing existing and potential applications to determine the feasibility of projects
- provide accurate time and cost estimates
- define and quantify potential benefits to the department and the state
- help develop and implement the solutions
- responsible for developing the necessary SOS application functionality in support of the NC Remote Electronic Notarization Act (RENA)
