Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Workato and integration technologies.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud functionalities.
- Experience with additional Mar Tech systems and data integration.
- Familiarity with automation best practices and governance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workato, designing and maintaining integrations across various platforms including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Optimize and enhance Workato recipes and workflows to improve automation and efficiency.
- Provide guidance on best practices related to error handling, logging, governance, and security compliance.
- Document processes and conduct knowledge transfer for long-term support and maintenance.
