The company is looking to solve the problem of designing, installing, and configuring network systems, from traditional copper to cutting-edge 5G, and troubleshooting Wide Area Network (WAN) circuits.
Requirements
- Passion for technology with a foundation in telecommunications and networking (IP, routing)
- Strong understanding of telecom principles, TCP/IP networking, and network performance troubleshooting
- Skilled in data analysis and Python scripting to identify trends and automate solutions
- Design and configure network hardware across copper, fiber optics, and wireless technologies
- Apply 5G, ORAN, and cloud RAN concepts in lab testing and real-world scenarios
- Troubleshoot WAN circuits including DIA, Broadband, Starlink, Cellular, and POTS
- Explore emerging tech in 5G, IoT, and cloud computing while building network security skills
Responsibilities

Other
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability across diverse tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork with a collaborative, flexible mindset
- Previous Nokia internship or co-op experience is beneficial
