Naval Medical Forces Development Command (NMFDC) needs to develop and deliver e-learning content to support clinical and administrative training initiatives across Navy Medicine. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience developing e-learning content using Adobe Captivate (internship or academic experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS integration processes.
- Adobe Captivate certification or equivalent training.
- Experience with other e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of Section 508 accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop interactive training modules using Adobe Captivate based on pre-written scripts and storyboards.
- Ensure SCORM compliance and successful integration with government LMS platforms.
- Implement branching scenarios, quizzes, simulations, and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.
- Work closely with a senior government Captivate developer and instructional design team to align technical implementation with learning objectives.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine training products.
- Provide technical support during testing, deployment, and sustainment phases.
- Conduct thorough testing of modules to ensure functionality, compatibility, and responsiveness across platforms.

- Hybrid remote work position with preference to reside within commuting distance of San Antonio, TX to support in-person meetings.
- Position may require occasional travel in support of customer requirements.
