PUMA is looking for a Junior Analyst to help manage the product testing process by gathering and evaluating consumer feedback on fit, comfort, quality, and performance of footwear.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ relevant experience in product testing within footwear or apparel related industry
- Strong attention to details and Analytic problem-solving skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel).
- MS Access experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Product Database with all relevant information of articles being tested.
- Manage organizational responsibilities - unpack, prepare and ship product samples for testing purposes.
- Learn the various constructions, components and materials of the footwear types being tested.
- Keep continuous communication and follow up with the testers for feedback during the wear testing period.
- Work with team members and Footwear Developers to understand product functionality to assure the appropriate tester is assigned to each product.
