Requirements
Knowledge in information systems and ability to apply that knowledge in practice.
Experience participating in IT projects.
1-3 years of experience with low code or no code process development (ServiceNow Preferred) for ITSM, workflows, or related business operations implementations.
Familiarity and experience with SDLC and Agile methodology, understanding the principles and framework of developing and implementing user stories.
Business application testing experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification.
