Requirements
- Strong emphasis on data analytics
- Relevant coursework in math modeling, data structures, statistical analysis, and programming languages
- Ability to apply machine learning and pattern recognition optimization techniques
- Ability to use simulation tools, coding languages, and statistical methods
- Ability to develop system performance metrics
- Ability to analyze environmental data and impacts on real world platforms and sensors
- Ability to apply advanced statistical methods
Responsibilities
- Use a variety of simulation tools, coding languages, and statistical methods to analyze system-trade comparisons
- Develop system performance metrics that provide insights to Government customers and decision-makers
- Develop models of tactical situations
- Prepare analytical product reports
- Analyze environmental data and impacts on real world platforms and sensors
- Apply advanced statistical methods to improve the effectiveness of system capabilities
- Apply machine learning and pattern recognition optimization techniques
Other
- Travel for quarterly working group meetings (within CONUS) and participate in additional training opportunities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or a closely related field
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- Brief technical material to Government leadership
